Q: What does a Wolfpack membership get me?

A: A Wolfpack membership allows you to shop on beziergames.com and purchase all products at 10% off the regular website price. You also receive a special code that will give you free US Shipping on all orders, or $5 off international shipping on all orders. Monthly specials will be run where you receive even larger discounts on select products, and anything you pre-order will be shipped in the first batch! 


Q. What is the free shipping discount code?

A. Wolfpack members can use this code: "WPSIGNUP" for free shipping within the United States or discounted international shipping. 


Q. It looks like I'm still being charged for shipping in the US, even after I use the code WPSIGNUP? 

A. The discount code WPSIGNUP is a $5 discount that makes our $5 flat fee US shipping complimentary and provides a discount for international shipping.


Q: Does the Wolfpack Membership offer discounts on having components replaced?

A:  Yes! Please fill out the form here https://beziergames.com/pages/replacement-pieces using your Wolfpack Membership email address.


Q: How long does my Wolfpack membership last?

A: Wolfpack memberships are a yearly membership. 


Q: How does the free US shipping/discounted international shipping work?

A: Please use this code WPSIGNUP on the checkout page to receive free shipping or discounted international shipping. The shipping department will then verify you have signed up before shipping your order. 


Q: I am a Wolfpack member but I am seeing full price prices in my shopping cart, how do I fix this?

A: Make sure you have accepted the invite sent to you by our online store.  Check your spam folder if you have not seen that invitation or you can reach out to orders@beziergames.com to have us send out a new invitation.  Next, you must log in first upon entering the website to start shopping and receive your discounted prices. Q: Can I use other promo codes on top of my free/discounted international shipping code?

A: No, only one code is able to be applied to the order.


Q: Do my Wolfpack benefits apply to me at other stores or at trade show events? 

A: No. At this time, Wolfpack benefits only apply when ordering products directly from the beziergames.com website. 


Q: I signed up for Wolfpack but now I’ve changed my mind, may I get my membership fee refunded?

A: Wolfpack memberships are non-refundable. 


Q: Are there any exclusions to the Wolfpack discount? 

A: Yes, gifts cards & game apps are not eligible for the Wolfpack discount. 


Q:  I recently purchased an item that is now a Wolfpack monthly special. Is it possible to receive a reimbursement?

A: We are only able to honor an item's monthly special price during the advertised time frame.
